Warehouse & Distribution Facility Retrofit

This retrofit reworked an ageing distribution facility into a higher-throughput operation — new racking layout, improved loading bay flow, and upgraded lighting and safety signage across the floor.

We worked in live phases to avoid disrupting the client's ongoing distribution schedule, closing out each zone before moving to the next.
